We are a Bendigo-based team led by Luke and Jemimah Hall. Together we bring more than 20 years of relevant experience to disability support that feels personal, respectful and reliable.
Who we are
A family-owned team with deep local roots.
Luminate Care was founded by husband-and-wife team Luke and Jemimah Hall. They started the service with a simple goal: to be a steady, shining light for people living with disability in the Bendigo community.
Since opening our doors more than two years ago, we have built a small, committed team of support workers who share the same values — genuine care, integrity, empowerment and hope.
