Welcome to Luminate Care, a dedicated disability support provider based in Bendigo, Central Victoria. Our mission is to be a shining beacon of light in the disability and aged care support space. Currently servicing NDIS and Support at Home participants, we pride ourselves on providing care that is individualised, goal orientated and in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of disability and healthcare professionals.
